What is Nutrition and Wellness Coaching?
We all know that healthy eating and exercise are good for us. But sometimes we just don’t know how to create a plan that feels sustainable. Perhaps you’ve tried “everything” - diets, fitness programs - and nothing works. Or maybe they DO work but you’re still feeling off. This is where I come in.
Truly feeling good means so much more than just eating a healthy diet and exercising 30 minutes a day. As your wellness coach, we will look at all facets of your life - nutrition and movement, for sure… but also hydration, sleep, social connections, environment, self care and stress. All are interconnected and we can only truly evolve as a whole person… mind and body.
