Hi. I’m Jill.

I’m the friend you call when you need a healthy recipe, want a natural remedy for a cough or cold or have questions about your exercise program. As a lifelong athlete and foodie, I have a deep love for all things wellness. I believe that feeling your best is something everyone deserves. I believe wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t mean missing out on food you enjoy or killing yourself in the gym every day. I know that with my help you can get to a place of wellness, self love and peace around food and exercise.

A little background:

I attended the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. From there, I went on to become a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor and spent nine years training clients in a wonderful studio. When I became a mom in 2009, I decided at home with my baby boy was where I wanted to be. My daughter followed in 2012 and I immersed myself further into motherhood. I became obsessed with feeding my kids healthy foods and nourishing their growing bodies. Setting a solid nutrition foundation is so important.

Along with being a mom - and more recently a step mom - (we have 4 kiddos, ranging from 11 - 14!), I am a personal trainer, a marathon runner, a baker and a lover of REAL food. I am incredibly passionate about teaching people how to nourish their bodies and minds… that living a truly healthy lifestyle is so much more than just what’s on your plate and how much you sweat.

In 2022, after 13 years of being a stay at home mom, I was craving more. I decided to take my love and knowledge of all things health and wellness and become a Master Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach through the Nutritious Life Studio. I am so excited to now have the knowledge to coach people and help you EVOLVE into the best version of yourself. From the foods you eat, to how you sleep and exercise, your social connections and work/life balance, I can help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

To evolve is to develop gradually. Small, sustainable changes that we build upon over time are the foundation for everything I teach. This is how your evolution happens.
